At Beautfy.ae, we aim to process and ship all orders within 3 business days of purchase. Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 days depending on your location within the UAE. All sales are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, in the very rare case that you receive a defective product or the wrong item has been delivered, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
